Asia-Pacific Services Outsourcing International Cooperation Conference 2008 was held in Wu Xi on Sept 19th, 2008. More than 400 delegates including government officails, representatives of famous outsourcing companies from Europe, Japan and India and representatives of Fortune 500 enterprises came together to discuss the topics regarding innovation, cooperation and development of the services outsourcing in Asia-Pacific.
