Shanghai IT Outsourcing Summit 2008 was held in the Four Points By Sheraton Shanghai Da Ning hotel. The summit was organized by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Municipal Informatization Commission. The summit consisted of expert forum, business meeting and exhibition. The purpose of the summit was providing a platform for domestic and foreign software enterprises to cooperate and communicate with each other. During the summit, Chuwa Software was ranked No.1 of "Top 10 Software Export Enterprises in Shanghai 2007" by Software Outsourcing Business Union of Shanghai.
