On Dec 26th of 2008, "First Batch of Key Services Outsourcing Enterprise in Shanghai and The Second Batch of Outsourcing Zone" conferment ceremony was held in the Lu Wan borough PARK2SPACE outsourcing zone. Chuwa Software and other 40 companies were recognized as first batch of key service outsourcing enterprises in Shanghai. Shanghai deputy mayor Tang Dengjie awarded to service outsourcing enterprises and representatives of service outsourcing zones. Mr. Zhao Zhifan, general manager of Chuwa Software and chairman of SOBUS attended the ceremony and gave a speech.

The award was given according to "Shanghai key service outsourcing enterprise recognition management rules". The rules were designed for accelerating development of Shanghai service outsourcing enterprises and increasing their international service outsourcing competitive advantage. The first batch of key service outsourcing enterprises could well represent the high level of service outsourcing in Shanghai, which is also among the best in China.
